After activating the certificate or ordering a vibe for yourself, you will receive a confirmation of the date and time you have chosen by email, or a manager will contact you to clarify the details

- You can order and pay for an digital certificate on the website and receive it within 5 minutes.
- If you ordered a vibe with a gift box, we will deliver it by courier. After receiving payment for the order, we will deliver it to you within 1-3 days.
- After the purchase, you will receive a booking confirmation by email, or the merchant will contact you and agree on another date that will be convenient for you
- If you need to change or cancel your appointment, make sure to do it before the cancellation deadline, which can be found in the "Conditions of Use". You have to call to the merchant and agree a different date and time.
Every Vibe has different terms for expiration. The gift certificate has 60 expiration days to activate the certificate after purchase. After activating the certificate, you receive a voucher with a specific expiration date, depending on the booking date
