Terms of Use for JustVibe.ca

Welcome to JustVibe.ca ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"), a Canadian-based experience gift platform owned by Be Vibe Inc. By accessing, browsing, purchasing, redeeming, or participating in any services or gift certificates provided by JustVibe.ca, you agree to the following Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully, as they outline the conditions under which we operate and provide services on our Platform. If you disagree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

JustVibe.ca operates as an experience gift platform that enables users to purchase gift certificates for experiences provided by independent third-party service providers ("Providers"). The Platform itself does not provide any of the services, products, or experiences listed. Our role is strictly to facilitate the sale and redemption of gift certificates and to coordinate with Providers for service booking.

JustVibe.ca is not responsible or liable for the quality, safety, suitability, or outcomes of any services rendered by Providers. We solely facilitate the sale and redemption of gift certificates and coordinate with Providers for service booking on behalf of users.

JustVibe.ca bears no responsibility for the service, quality, safety, suitability, or any other aspects of the services provided by Providers. All questions or issues regarding services should be directed to the Providers directly, or you may contact us at support@justvibe.ca.

By purchasing or redeeming a gift certificate, users acknowledge that their participation in any experience is governed by the terms and conditions of the Provider delivering the service. We encourage users to review these terms, which may be provided on the Provider's website, at the service location, or by contacting JustVibe.ca at support@justvibe.ca.

After purchasing a gift certificate, users may activate (redeem) it on JustVibe.ca. Recipients can use the voucher to book the gifted experience, select another experience of equal value, or choose a higher-value experience with an additional payment. JustVibe.ca will then liaise with the Provider to book the selected experience.

The availability of experiences depends on the Provider’s schedule. If a chosen experience is discontinued or unavailable, users may select an alternative experience of equivalent or lesser value or pay the difference for a higher-priced experience.

Each experience, or “Vibe,” has unique expiration terms. Gift certificates must be redeemed within 60 days of purchase. After redemption, users may choose any available date for the service. To change a booking date, users must contact JustVibe.ca by email. Changes to booking dates are subject to the Provider’s terms and availability.

Certain experiences may have age, height, weight, medical, or other restrictions specified by the Provider. Users are responsible for ensuring they meet the Provider’s conditions before booking. Providers reserve the right to refuse service if users do not comply with these restrictions, and JustVibe.ca is not liable for any such denials.

By using JustVibe.ca, you confirm that you meet the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and can enter legally binding agreements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility. Please notify JustVibe.ca immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Users agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes. Misuse of the Platform or violation of applicable laws or these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

Users are eligible for a refund to the original payment method up to 3 days after purchase, provided no booking has been confirmed, and no certificate has been redeemed. Additional refund conditions may apply as specified in the experience's "Terms of Use."

All JustVibe.ca gift certificates and packages are redeemable at any time within the validity period shown on the gift certificate. Our gift certificates are valid for all experiences offered on the Platform. Users can exchange their gift, converting it to credit applicable to other experiences on JustVibe.ca.

Gift certificates, gift boxes, and packages are non-refundable but can be exchanged. Exchanges can only be processed for the original purchaser and will be issued to the person, email, and/or payment method associated with the original order.

Once a package is marked as used by a partner, it cannot be exchanged or credited by JustVibe.ca. Refunds or credits for claimed packages must be addressed directly with the respective Provider.

JustVibe.ca is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Users should take necessary measures to safeguard their gift certificates or register them in their customer account. Please contact us at support@justvibe.ca with any questions or concerns.

JustVibe.ca and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform or for any actions, omissions, or errors of the Providers.

JustVibe.ca disclaims all warranties related to the operation, availability, or outcomes of experiences to the fullest extent permitted by law.

JustVibe.ca reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alberta.
