The certificate should be activated within 14 days prior to the desired date of receiving the service. For some services, this term may be extended.
Information about cancellation and rescheduling a Vibe will be indicated in the confirmation email. If you request a cancellation or rescheduling of the date later than the specified time, unfortunately your certificate will be voided. you will no longer be able to use this Vibe.
In case if the Vibe is affected by the weather on the event day, the Vibe may be rescheduled for another date and time.
If you have a seasonal Gift Vibe and the season has closed, the recipient will be able to choose another experience from all available options on the website. He will be able to choose any Vibe in the denomination of the certificate, divide the certificate into several Vibes (if the ordered Vibes are cheaper) or pay the difference (if the Vibe is more expensive).

If you ordered a vibe with a gift box, we will deliver it by courier. After receiving payment for the order, we will deliver it to you within 1-3 days.

How to book a date?

After the purchase, you will receive a booking confirmation by email, or the merchant will contact you and agree on another date that will be convenient for you.
